- Talker One Thousand.

-
- This software package is unique in that it gives your macintosh the
- ability to speak, so now you can set back and listen while your mac reads
- all those text documents you have.
-
-

-
-
- Talker One Thousand is in the very early developmental stages. Therefore,
- it may be some what buggy. So always read a copy of a text document in
- case some weird error occurs. The chance of such an error is within the
- realm of possibility, but not likely.
-
-
-
-
-
- To run Talker One Thousand you need MacinTalk located somewhere on the
- same disk.

-
- Eventually, Talker One Thousand will be a Desk Accessory and will,
- hopefully, be written in "C". At the present I used Z Basic, because of its
- quick and easy programming speed. Don't be alarmed at the large file size
- of Talker One Thousand. The actual program code at the present is about
- Three K, Z Basic (version 3,1) adds about Thirty-Five K to the program no
- matter what size your source code is. The remaining K is text information
- found under the apple menu.

- Like most people I enjoy experimenting with new types of software,
- especially software that opens up new frontiers. So have lots of fun with
- Talker One Thousand. If you have any comments or suggestions leave me
- mail on Compuserve or on (NICE). N I C E BBS at 614-890-7944. (see
- under the apple menu, in the program, for more details).

-
-
-
- Keep an eye out for future versions of Talker One Thousand.

-
-
-
- Note: Remember Documents to be read by Talker One Thousand must be
- stored as Text ONLY documents.
